I order at drive through 6 Grilled chicken Tacos and after I got them and went to eat them I noticed there very very little chicken lettuc and cheese it was mostly tortilla with very little inside! It was enough for one or two bites and gone! Everything has become way too expensive The quality and taste of the food is dramatically gone down especially at Del Taco. I visited Del Taco (#1238) in Tustin, CA, on June 6, 2026, after seeing a window promotion for a new item. I ordered two items to go, but when I reached into the bag at home, it was a wet, slimy mess. The burrito sauce had completely leaked out due to poor packaging or over-saucing.Wanting a simple solution, I called the store to politely request a refund or remake, as I had photos of the mess and my receipt.
