2026-03-19: I took the food to go so that’s why the photo is not very good but is what I have this time. Don’t let the name “sweet” fool you into thinking there food is sweet. It’s because the restaurant has assortment of gelato and sweet desserts. BUT, I am here for the savory foods. It’s a hidden gem. The food is delicious ! Best tacos I’ve had in a long time Sweet Mex is hands down one of the best spots around. I tried the carnitas, pollo, asada, and chorizo tacos every single one was amazing. Super flavorful, fresh, and cooked just right. It’s a family owned place, and they’re seriously some of the nicest people. You can tell they care about what they’re doing, and it shows. Just an all around great spot definitely a neighborhood gem more people need to check out.
