They did it. They ruined 5 de mayo for me. I couldn't get the free guac and chips because you had to order through the app and I had already paid for my entree so I wasn't going to order another one just to get that. Then all their sodas were just plain water. All the juices empty, except the bad one. To top it off the honey chicken wasn't cooked and it was mushy. Bad job chipotle .

My food arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. The chicken salad with extra chicken was seasoned perfectly and didn't feel heavy at all—it was the perfect light meal. Since I had my order delivered, I can't speak to the restaurant's atmosphere, but the food itself was fantastic.

While waiting in line to place my order, I took in everything around me. The line wasn’t moving, the music was blasting, and the workers at the register seemed unorganized. To make things worse, one of the employees went on a lunch break, and the dining area looked incredibly unkempt. Overall, it was a disappointing experience—definitely not coming back here.

I gave this Chipotle location two chances because I truly love Chipotle and wanted to believe my first experience was just a bad day. Unfortunately, the second visit only confirmed my disappointment. The first time, the food was so spicy that it was almost impossible to eat. I had to drink water after nearly every bite, and despite trying several times, I ended up throwing the meal away because I simply couldn’t finish it. Also, the second time it was still spicy—though not nearly as spicy as the first visit—but the chicken was extremely salty. I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but this particula
