If I could give 0 stars, I would but it’s for the sake of the review. If people are going to spend their hard earned money in this economy at your establishment, the least you can do is read the monitor properly. Nowhere did we ask for egg, nowhere does it say egg, so why did the kitchen add egg? Never fails!

This McDonald’s on Foothill Blvd in Upland is one of the better locations in the area. The staff is usually friendly, the restaurant stays pretty clean, and my orders are accurate most of the time even during busy hours. The drive-thru can get slow during peak lunch and late-night times, but the food is normally fresh and worth the wait. The breakfast here is consistently good, especially the hash browns and McMuffins, and the fries are usually hot and salted correctly. I order McDouble well done no ketchup. Dylan inputs order correctly. I received it in 5-7 minutes & it has ketchup on it. Take it back, wait 5-7 minutes again. I ask Dylan for small fry as compensation. He says manager won't do it. Maria the manager declines my request but proceeds to cash register & says I have to pay for them & is ready to input order. I decline & inform her that her customer service needs work. I also tell her that I will fill out survey on receipt which she had to search register for because Dylan ripped the original.
