This review is specifically to give the young man, Ace, kudos. I was in your restaurant the other day and Ace was at the beginning of the service line serving the rice. There were many customers in the restaurant that day, almost out the door. Ace did not waiver and his attitude did not break. He responded to everyone the same pleasant way. Having spent time in Ace's shoes, I know this isn't easy. I was impressed with Ace's character and attitude. I hope he receives recognition from the manager for his awesome performance. I visit this Chipotle Mexican Grill location regularly (usually once or twice per week), but my most recent visit raised serious concerns about management, professionalism, and sanitation practices. I ordered a burrito with no rice, double chicken, pico, corn, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. While preparing the order, the employee on the toppings line added very large scoops of salsa that I did not request, which made the burrito extremely difficult to wrap. Whenever I order delivery from the store, you guys always pack my soft tacos at the very bottom of the bag and then set my cold and hard lemonade on top of the tacos. I had no way of telling you guys to please stop doing that. Food always tastes amazing -it just always comes to me flat and cold.

Food is good and usually fresh. They've cut back on the amount of carnittas, so they're often scrapping for enough. Guac and cheese frequently run short 30min-1hour of closing. Turnover is abundant. I rarely see the same employees at the same time of day when I visit.
