We did a DoorDash order from OSU veterinary hospital while waiting to hear about our very sick horse. When it arrived there were only 2 sandwiches, however the receipt on the bag said 3 which is what we ordered. I called Jersey mikes and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. She said oh yeah we forgot to make the #17 for your order. I said well what is your plan to get that to us. She said if you want it you can come pick it up. Getting it to you isn’t our problem. She said call DoorDash about it and she hung up. This is thr worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Been to this location a few times over the years, and food quality and service have been okay at best, disappointing at worst. Went in this evening and while there were 6-7 staff members there, no one greeted me. Instead, they were all having an argument over how the place hadn’t been kept up throughout the day.

Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.
