A lot of nice workers, but often my orders have been forgotten and I’ve had to remind them multiple times. In a sketchy part of town. Food is.. Sonic. Drinks are great - I love the random specialty ones they add! Don’t forget to order with the app for 24/7 drinks discount!!

Kind of outrageously bad if I'm being honest. They used to be great. Correct orders and great late night comfort food. Something must have changed because now they are completely unable to produce the correct order anymore. I'm talking, like, give the wrong order TWICE in the same night. If you order two drinks you only get one. If you order a slush you get a soda, half the items in your order are missing. Just really disappointing and you'd think embarrassing for the management.

The cashier was a very nice person, but clearly the whole staff is severely overworked. Long delays just to take an order. This seemed to be due to a very busy drive thru but totally empty dining room.

Started writing this as I was waiting for the manager inside the restaurant, finishing it at home after eating my food. I changed my 1 star rating to a 2 star only because I appreciate how the manager, Robert, handled me and the young lady up front was very nice. But honestly getting my correct order was an hour ordeal. I asked for a number 1 with a large strawberry mango slushie at the drive thru. The guy gave me a mango slushie and didn’t come back to the window for 10 mins. He apologized for the wait and I told him about the slushie. He fixed it. I pull off and realized my fries aren’t eve
