Poor customer service. Ordered online simple burrito for pickup, went to store some 45 minutes later (around 8:40 pm) for pickup, but there is nothing on shelf ready. The person at front desk handling the register, said there is no order by my name. I asked again and she denied that there is any order for me. I check my email order again confirmation and it shows that order is correct and paid. I asked again if this is correct address of store, but instead of answering my question, I was told again "THERE IS NO ORDER here". I then show the order confirmation email to her and was about to leave

the serving is just not it. flattest burrito, no rice in my burrito, just few stuffs and a very light chicken got this order from drive thru today, around 7:30-8:00 in the evening. cashier didnt inform me that there was no rice in my burrito before he gave me the order. last picture is the photo reference of a”tacobell chicken burrito” how it should be

Ordered Extra steak and Extra Nacho cheese sauce on my grilled cheese burrito. They missed half the ingredients that go into the burrito and did not add extra steak and sauce. Ordered steak instead of chicken on the avocado stacker and did not receive steak. Very unhappy with how this Taco Bell is ran. Not the first time this has happened. Got to get it together

The workers were nice and friendly, but I waited over 20 minutes for my order and just I was going to ask for my money back, one worker asked me and the person next to me what our names were. They put both of orders as DoorDash, even though we both ordered in the store. My order sat there for 15 minutes getting nice and cold. Very frustrating!
