I am not surprised why this store has plenty of negative reviews. We buy at this and the other location by the 5 fwy every day and this location failed all the time. We always order the right drink but they often give us different flavors, if the drink is correct, the taste is inconsistent. Today we ordered a large dry chocolate americano with light ice and gave us a large cup 3/4 filled and half of it is filled with ice. Is this a joke? This is very frustrating, who ever manages this store should be fired, very poor management. It is just getting worst.

My wife went through the drive thru to get a bag of espresso beans...easy enough. She was given some flavored coffee beans, and when she asked for some dark roast espresso beans, was told "they're all the same" and "this is our most popular flavor." Still... not espresso beans. Not only that, they cannot differentiate between a dark chocolate and a white chocolate when placed through the app (different times, different staff, same result) Store has a lack of training. Save your time and go to the Magic Mountain location.

I had a disappointing experience at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The place wasn’t busy, but ordering was frustrating as the staff seemed unsure and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When I received the wrong drink, the employee questioned my order instead of simply fixing it. After getting my food and one drink, I waited over 10 minutes for the second. When I asked about it, I was met with a rude response and had to explain my order again, only for them to realize they had missed it.
