It was perfectly balanced, slightly acidic without any burn flavor. I had an iced mocha and it was just a touch of sweetness plenty of chocolate flavor with the coffee flavor still prominent. Decided I also wanted a snack and had a beef empanada with sauce. Perfectly crisp on the outside soft and flavorful on the inside.
