This used to be my favorite quick dinner option but for the last 2 months its gone down hill. It started with the portion size. I order double meat so I can split it into 2 meals. I got home and weighed it and was missing 3 ounce on the double meat one and 5 ounces on the triple meat one. I called and had to drive back to get the rest of my food. Since then whenever I order double meat I weigh it. It has never been more than 6.5 ounces when its supposed to be 8. Come to July 4th. I order online for pick up. Its a $43 order. I get there to pick it up and they are closed. They must have not mark

This was my 1st visit to a Noodle Express in years; and the very 1st visit to this particular location on the east end of Spokane Valley. The food tasted decently, although I recall very similar rice bowls tasting better back in the day (at least, at the N. Division location on Spokane's northside). The service was sub-par, though. There were visible pieces of meat on the floor that someone dropped, and that none of the employees who'd periodically do walk-throughs would bother picking up. When paying, one is asked for a tip although it's far from a full-service place. My order was for dine-in

My husband ordered pork miso.I ordered potsticker miso....well we got home with our meals Husband open his up and ask were are the noodles?..I open mine up..well on the container it says beef...inside the soup is beef. I ordered potsticker.. my dad said his was fine....I tried calling the store several times..no answer.. Thanks guys for my dinner..So here is my review. Ohh and a picture of the receipt...proof is right there.

Showed up on a Friday evening at 5:30-ish to place a take-out order. Line was already forming. Put in our order and was told to expect a 30-35 minute wait. Had a seat in a booth looking for a water station. A very observant staff member saw us and fetched two plastic drink cups without us speaking a word. Service for a take-out order. I love these kids! Kicked myself for not tipping at the counter. 🙄 BTW, the food is ALWAYS great.
