I want to share my experience because the reviews to this place had my hopes up. Comments like “best chicken in Victoria.” “Homemade” are simply false and untrue. What you get is flavorless fried chicken, with subpar sides. Not only was the food was super underwhelming; the wait was outrageous. I understand they might have ran out of fried chicken and had to cook up a fresh batch which had my hopes up even more to get the best quality hot and ready fried chicken but expectations crushed. Nice staff and delicious food for the value. My work travels brought me down to Victoria, so decided to try this local establishment. Meal was testy and the chicken fried to perfection. Onion rings were crisp as were the fries. Only issue with the meal was the coleslaw; not sure if it was just a bad batch but it was completely dry. Whenever in town will try again to see if it was just a one-off, but overall good meal.

Dissappointed with the new fries. We don't go out to eat all that often, but today we were hungry for MooMoo's chicken and french fries. When my husband got home with them, the fries have changed! They are now some kind of seasoned fries and taste nothing like the old ones. It's bad enough Texas Drive Inn closed, we miss their onion rings, fries and hamburgers. Now new fries! Does anyone know who has fries that are like the old ones? Nice and thick? Any ideas?
