This is my go to Taco Bell because it is in my neighborhood. Its open late, relatively clean, has a updated appeal to it . They always have the featured new delicious items available. The staff rarely get my order wrong and if on occasion they do they always offer a free taco coupon and fix my order. I rarely go home to find that my bag is missing and of the courtesy essentials like napkins, straws sauces this Taco Bell at some point. The downside of this location is the parking lot very small. I ordered a party 12 taco pack for delivery and wanted a total of 20 hot sauces... The incompetent workers didn't put even a single sauce in the bag. I mean c'mon, in this economy where i'm paying $30 for a dozen Taco Bell tacos, the LEAST you could do is put sauces in the bag!

I was told to never return. At 4:21 on the 15th of December I placed an order through the taco bell app. At 1130 Arnold Dr., Martinez, CA 94553. Ordered 2 spicy potatoe tacos. Went in and stood at the counter. 3 minutes later someone offered to help me and I stated I had a mobile order and gave my name.
