uhh I got the cinnabon pull apart thinking it was gonna be good, it's one solid block. hard as a rock. there's no icing or sauce of any kind on it, it's dry as a bone. and very burnt on the bottom. I took pictures and video of it but unfortunately I can't attach them. it's honestly so disappointing. I tried calling two different Wendy's to ask about it but neither of their phones seem to work. so that's cool. the potato was kinda old. I had ordered salt and pepper and they only gave me 5 pepper packets and no salt. I ordered a fork and napkins since I'm at work, no fork or napkins.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told, in a very condescending tone, that the item I wanted was out of stock. After waiting that long, the least that could be done is communicate respectfully. The employee taking orders should be better trained in both customer service and letting customers know about unavailable items sooner.

Ordered a salad in the dining area and was told there were no forks. I asked the woman at the front how I was supposed to eat it and she offered a spoon. I told her I now cant eat with my family and asked her for a refund. She gladly gave me a refund and took my salad away too!!! I expected to wait til I got home to eat after my family and the refund was for the inconvenience. I am very upset with how this was handled. Very poorly and I didn't need an attitude for a legitimate question.

I’m writing this review from another Wendy’s location. Usually I don’t leave reviews for fast food but I’ve NEVER been to a Wendy’s as competent as this one. Every other Wendy’s either messes my order up, or has HORRIBLE customer service. This location is amazing and I’ve never had any issues here. Thank you & keep doing what you’re doing🤣💕
