I’m a UPS delivery driver and I was out delivering in the big work trucks when I decided to get Starbucks. It was currently 8pm when I arrived, a whole 1.5 hours before closing time. The location says it closes at 9:30 but the worker said, “unfortunately our dine in area is closed, you can go through the drive thru” I told her I couldn’t because I’m in my work truck that won’t fit in the drive thru and she just said, “ohhh yeah I’m sorry we’re closed”. I’ve never had any Starbucks do that to me.

For years, I’ve been ordering the same drink with white chocolate mocha sauce, but here it’s consistently made with very little sauce, which makes my drink taste bitter. This is the only drink I order, and I’ve had it at many locations across California, but this is the only place that seems to skimp on the mocha. It’s really disappointing.

Decided to come and try new banana bread match, was not satisfied at all tasted like regular match, cold foam tasted like regular cold foam, didn’t even have the caramel topping. Lady at the window didn’t have good customer service. Will not be coming back to this location.
