I had delivery so I can't say much on the atmosphere and employees but oh my god this was the worst taco bell I've EVER ordered from. I added 15 sauce packets to my order and ZERO were in the bag? They're free so it was whatever. Open my chalupa Supremes and they are warm but rock solid somehow? Genuinely impressed on how they achieved this because I could slam it on the table and it just sounds like I'm hitting wood on wood, it was so bad we laughed over it. So basically don't get a chalupa here as takeout on a delivery app, and they would rather die than give you sauce.

Really disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell tonight. I placed my order at 8:55 and was told over the phone it would be ready around 9:15. It is now past 10:00, and I still haven’t gotten my food, and it’s not even a complicated order, just a simple Crunchwrap. What’s worse is that it seemed like my food had already been made and was just sitting there for about 20 minutes before they even started heating it up again. It felt super unorganized, like my order was forgotten and then rushed last minute. Ordering ahead is supposed to make things faster and more convenient, but this was th

Worst location I've ever been to. Very slow and inattentive service. Took longer than usual to get our order, which was wrong. Difficult to get anyone's attention to get it fixed. Pick another location. I won't be back.
