Service was fast and food was good. Fried pies were not that flavorful, so probably will not order again. They forgot to give us senior citizen discount and said they could not reimburse money owed. I'll just have to remember to remind them next time.

There's always something new on the Arby's menu. I live that they have tenders for the kids now. They are really good. I am in love with the French Dip. It's excellent, but you can't ever go wrong with the curly fries and a classic beef and cheddar. With all that said- this Arby's has HORRIBLE SERVICE. We were never greeted or thanked. Just told the total and that was it. Then they forgot some items, but we were smart enough to check our bag before leaving. It also took about 25 minutes from the time we ordered our 3 meals to actually get them and there was no one in line in front of us in the

We went to this location night before last and ordered a Gyro, a Cordon Bleu and the new Loaded Italian with a Large crinkle cut fries. There was hardly any meat on the Italian, the chicken breast was tiny and old and the pita bread on the gyro was hard and had to peel away most of it to have something to be able to eat. And we couldnt eat any of the fries that were given to us. I tried and tried and tried to call the store location bu the phone is consistently busy and then hangs up!! They won't answer the phone. I might as well have driven from the Arkansas side of Texarkana, threw the money

No customers there. Made a simple order of 5 sandwiches and a drink. After getting home only to find out they did not give me my full order. I really should have checked before I left. But shouldn't have too. Phone is always busy when I tried to call. Its only a 8 dollar sandwiche but its the point of it. I'll never go back to that sorry restaurant again..
