A true gem. The service is quick and the staff efficient. They get you in and out and that’s how I like it. They package everything up so nice and neat! I have been coming here since 2017. The crumb cake is amazing The bagels fresh. And they have such a variety of other stuff including breakfasts, parfaits, cookies, deli sandwiches, the list goes on. The coffee is always piping hot Please done change a thing including your staff

Irish breakfast was amazing. These bagels are the best for breakfast sandwiches since they are so soft. Good prices, quick service, best spot in the area for a quick bagel egg sandwich for a good price and, open real early.

This is constructive criticism, but when one of those white girls makes my sandwich i immediately know that the sandwich is going to be mediocre. No matter how many times you tell them “TOAST THE BREAD” they don’t listen. Especially when it’s a hot sandwich, by the time you get home the sandwich morphs into mush & it’s a soggy mess. Very disappointing.

I found a shard of glass in the scallion cream cheese I was about to serve to my toddler. We are incredibly fortunate that my wife was taking some of the cream cheese off his to put on her own gluten free bagel when she found it. I called them and let them know and they didn't seem super concerned - I told them they should probably toss out the whole batch of cream cheese because it probably had other shards of glass. We tossed out all of our bagels because we all has Scallion cream cheese and will never eat here ever again.
