So there was a lady in a grey collared shirt with red stripes on both sides yelling thru the kitchen right after we ordered that "someone in the back just told her she should tell those white people up front (me and my partner) that their system is down" then she laughs and says "but I couldn't do that" it just made me and my partner feel uncomfortable. Rolled through the drive thru around 1am last night & was greeted with the automated voice on the box. My order was 100% accurate, when I got to the window I joked about the robot worker lol and the staff matched my silly energy. Geawnna was working the window and she gave the best customer service ! The two guys working on shift with her were friendly as well. Our food came out SUPER fresh and timely. Definitely appreciate this type of customer service, we’ll definitely choose this Rally’s location over the others any day !

It was my first time going to this location and first time trying Rally’s. I was greeted by the automated box but it kept getting everything wrong and kept restarting. Then some guy inside rudely stated just pull forward and huffed. I then get to the window and he was trying to repeat my order and I asked basically is a burger and nuggets were on there. Then he basically said “ma’am you’re making this harder and complicated and adding extra stuff”. I know what I ordered and what he said wasn’t correct so I was trying to make sure I got the correct food but he refused to listen. He then overcha

My food was old,cold, and made incorrectly. Then the guy at the window wanted to be combative. Telling me I already got what I ordered... It took him a minute to listen to what my complaint was.... it was made wrong. I just wanted a burger made how I ordered it. to top it off, my dog ate my fries and apple pie while I was at the window 😂
