That kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back and I truly appreciate that. Attention to detail in a food industry is everything when people have allergies and dietary restrictions, and customers who are spending their money shouldn’t be refused to get what they ordered .. ever. I ordered a sandwich while I was at work, to be delivered. Literally said NO ONIONS, NO TOMATOES. Waited 1 hr for said sandwich and it had ONIONS AND TOMATOES! Only reason for 2 stars is bc I got the bacon I paid an extra $2 for. TY for that at least.

Food is good. Customer service is trash. We ordered medium meals and when we got our food, one drink was bigger than the other. So I asked “ hey, we ordered mediums, is this ours or is one a small ? “ and the girl, yelled at me and said, she gave me a large and a medium. I said oh okay, I was just asking and she said “ does it matter? You already paid for it so what’s the problem “ I then said there is no problem. This was probably the worst fast food I've ever had in my life. The service was fine and everything but the food itself was just awful. I feel gross and nauseous and upset I spent my money here.
