In the nicest way possible, this was the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. If you want to sit around and waste time, I'd suggest coming to this location. I waited about 3–5 minutes before someone came to cash me out. The food was made relatively quickly.. however, several items were either missing or incorrect. I ordered the $5 Classic Luxe Box, which originally comes with Cinnamon Twists, but I swapped them for chips and cheese. There were no chips in the box… just the cheese. This place has gone downhill. For a chicken taco that costs over $3, this has to be a joke. How do you make a taco like this and think you did a good job? Where’s the chicken? The cheese? Good grief. This is how it’s been the last 3 orders I’ve gotten from this location. Do better.

I realized I forgot to ask to remove sour cream off the five layer burritos of my order as the robot voice makes it difficult to modify orders. Once at the window I waved at the window to try to notify before they were made, and after being seen twice by two different workers and ignored, they informed me they had already been made but “I guess we can remake them”. As they told another worker I could hear them yell back “but they’re already made!”, I could hear through the window them relaying the information and then laughing at me. This is a great place to go if you want to wait forever to receive a order that's messed up. My most recent time going here i ordered a double beef burrito and 2 quesadillas. The quesadillas weren't cut which is whatever but my double beef burrito didnt have any beef and had beans instead. Go to 10 mile by meijer instead.
