Four servers were standing behind the counter while one was cleaning the area near the cash register. Nobody offered to take our order. The server near the cash register just walked away from the area without acknowledging us at all. Then it took me to ask one of the servers if he could take our order. He seemed to be very reluctant, but he came over to the cash register and asked for our order. I asked for a bacon and eggs on a croissant without cheese and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. I live right by here and they are just always absolutely respectful, sweet, patient and always willing to fix an order regardless of who's mistake it was. My favorite dunkin'.

Sometimes its a hit or miss, the coffees never quite taste the same if you always get the same order, sometimes the food is ice cold in the center, and sometimes its simple mistakes. Stuff happens.. But they're almost always willing to fix the issue! Overall its a fast paced place, they do great the majority of the time.

For being so busy and in such a prime location, you would think they would have a restroom. I work with chemicals all day and. It would be nice to wash my hands before touching anything I'm going to eat or drink. SMH. How are you going to serve food and drinks but not offer a bathroom? Are we really in the hood or something?
