I had bought a Burgers for me and my girl after watching bob burger, the new smash burgers were good the fries with uniquely cut big and it alright since with the cheese but the Nutella Burger look completely different from what they are advertising, one look like a pastry treat something you want to eat the other is a basic burger bun with Nutella like 👎🏻 fool me once with that Response to Owner Message: if your telling me that your purposely serving people burger bun with Nutella instead of what your promoting, than that the problem right there with your false advertisement. This review is mainly for ordering delivery. The food arrived cold and incorrect. They sent me a completely different burger than what I ordered. They give you the option to select a temperature however in my 3 times ordering, it always arrives well done and under seasoned. The fries also arrived soggy and lukewarm. They also now make you pay for the maple mayo when you order sweet potato fries when it used to be included in the cost.

😂😂 $47 for two burgers and two fries. $0.10 PER Ketchup packet and $0.15 per Mayonnaise packet. Look at the picture of the "Medium Well" Burger- dry as SAND. HALF the burger was outside the Bun. I hope, for your sake, that NO other burger places open around here because if they do, Burger Heights is Toast. I tried to love you for so long - but now it's SO LONG!!!

disappointed because the food is good but the banana pudding and cheesecake is a scam, I pad $6 almost $7 for this, I would’ve never paid for this if I known how tiny it is.
