This rating is less about the people at the store and more about the owners. I took in a Fuzzy’s gift card that I’ve had since about October. I think it was purchased at this location. I am not from the immediate area and was going to be on Rufe Snow. So, I grabbed the gift card and stopped at Fuzzy’s. No gift cards are being taken at this location. They don’t have a system to take them. I spoke with the manager who spoke to the owner who said (according to the manager who was really nice) “The owner said we have not sold a gift card in like 8 months and we cannot take it.” I will be conta

I got the nachos. Big ole plate too. But definitely should have gotten more meat with the size of the plate. Half of it was just cheesy chips. Got snazzy cups too. But I do feel for the price it's not worth that much. But I would go back if I was in the mood.

Ordered a taco plate and it came with a staple in my rice. I went to the girl at the front taking orders and asked for a manager. She said the manager was there and I could call tomorrow morning. I then showed her the staple and told her it was in my rice and that i almost ate it. She didn’t even seem to care nor did she even act surprised. I was there eating dinner at 5:30pm. How can there not be a manager at their busiest time of day??? It’s not surprising this establishment is empty of patrons at what should be their busiest hours. Very disappointed. They should be grateful I found

This was the first (and last )time my family & I eat Fuzzy. It was disgusting! The food was cold & weird looking & don't even get me started on my nieces chicken strips. I'm posting a pic of it so y'all can see for yourselves. The guy that took our order, Isma, was awesome but that's where the excitement for us started & ended
