Thursday, May 14th was my first time at this location. I was very impressed with how large and immaculate the dining area is. There are more than enough parking spots available and a very spacious, convenient drive-thru. My latte was made perfectly and EVERY staff member smiled and acknowledged me, EVERY SINGLE ONE! That's extremely rare in this day and age. You're lucky if you get ONE person in retail or restaurant to smile OR acknowledge you. I wish I lived in Waterbury so I could go to this Dunkin more often.
