I stopped here and went through the drive thru to grab some lunch. The food was good. The person working the drive thru wasn’t as friendly as is typical with a Wendy’s Hamburger Restaurant. Perhaps she was overwhelmed by the business, but it just wasn’t normal when compared with the other locations. It wasn’t bad, just not up to expectations, perhaps it is as good as it gets when you are in Waterbury.

Zero stars. Had to remake our burgers three times and still didn't get it right. Then ripped me off for 2 frosty’s and both my drinks. Do not go here or order from here if you want your food to be right. No customer service whatsoever.

I came here to the drive through around 11:30 at night .. I asked for a 6 piece chicken nuggets and buffalo as my sauce .. I did not ask for whatever this is 🤮. My fries were STALE AND OLD and they didn’t give me my other harder of fries .. the young female at the window with the piercing on her face was very rude and needs to be trained correctly.

Workers weren’t wearing gloves when serving cooked food. The lady doing the fries and nuggets literally stuck her thumb inside the container over and over again before serving people. When I pointed this out the manager seemed annoyed and did not instruct her to put gloves on. However the young mad working the counter (short skinny kid, glasses, didn’t get his name) gladly repackaged new food with gloves and sans the thumb of doom.
