I ordered 3 biggie bags that had a large chili, 2 doubles and a frosty swirl. I was unhappy with the teams communication because they tried giving me regular drinks and only 4 doubles without looking at my order I had to correct them. When I got home the buger meat was pink still and I called it in. When I had a friend go in with the burgers he was given an attitude and was given 3 doubles that where wrong. Even my frostys weren't even made correctly. Definitely don't like the atmosphere. Definitely won't order here again since my stuff was halfway done. The manager doesn't even seem to like h

They make mistakes and offer to fix it but make you go out of your way and come inside as if they haven’t inconvenienced you enough by not being capable of not screwing up a single meal order in the first place. “When dealing with customers issues we have you come inside” wasn’t my issue, it’s yours, I don’t work for Wendy’s.

I was satisfied with my order. I ordered on the app and everything was ready on time and the order was correct. My one complaint is with the burger not being as hot or fresh as I was expecting. I was also happy with service and the store looked really clean inside.

Food is always good. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes they are pleasant and acknowledge you're there, other times they are too busy talking to other peeps. 🤷‍♀️
