My favorite dunkin' is all of them really, but the one I go to all the time is across the street, from my work . Pb lakes blvd.. They have my drink ready for me before I even get up to the counter. I love going in there. They're great service. The people are friendly and they treat everybody with respect. You're very clean as well.I would definitely suggest that you go there and get a coffee

More businesses need to understand that having great customer service and paying their staff well is the #1 important element to get customers to return and the evening shift at this DD yesterday was on point! I am giving five stars to this Dunkin location because me and my three friends had a great experience due to MIKE! He was really amazing at explaining the menu and giving us his opinions on drinks and food! He was very patient and welcoming. We want to come back just for him! He is very kind and helpful! Staff is nice and works hard but every time I order hash browns EARLY in the morning, it’s old and stale… I start work at 8am and I get my food at around 7:30. Hash browns shouldn’t be old and stale. I think they keep hash browns in a warmer, but they need to replace them after a certain amount of time.
