Rude staffs! I'm not the reason you decide to work at dunkin, or any food service establishments. I'm not a regular dunkin customer, heck I forgot the last time I went to a dunkin! So of course I'm going to ask questions. Your 7 PM staff members cannot talk to customers in the manner I was just treated! Its disrespectful! Train your staff to interact with customer in a respectable manner. We're bringing business to this establishment. If my dollars aren't enough to be treated humanely, I will gladly go to my regular Starbucks where people are respectful. All I wanted to order was a donut. Tra

I just purchased a large iced latte and because I was using coins in my payment the cashier let me know next time I can't do that because I'm causing him to have a line because he was having difficulty counting it. The line was two persons who happened to be together. I heard him apologized to them for the wait but he didn't apologized to me for telling me what kind of money I can used. I guess my skin wasn't white enough for him. The coffee was terrible because he made the wrong size and when I remind him about the size all he did was throw it in a bigger container and add the whip cream. I'm

Store needs a strong manager. Pleasant staff, No workflow. Receipts all over the front counters not given to customers so they can’t report what goes on. You’re loosing a ton of money on lost sales. Fix it!

There's a boy there who doesn't want to sell even at the window I asked him for a coffee. It says it's not open. But he sells to the cars and why can't he sell me just a coffee? He's rude and speaks ugly to you, I don't think it's good. Before much before the dunking was beautiful there were friendly recorders. Not now. 👎 He's a boy with long braids.
