My family and I are locals and loyal customers. During our most recent visit, we were asked to leave a clean, open table due to a newly implemented employee seating policy. The table had a worn, torn “Table Reserved” sign indicating it was for employees only (see photo). Despite being one of the only available tables at the time, we were asked to move by Tatiana, and the table was ultimately left unused rather than accommodating paying customers. 1st time here. Plenty of parking. Cashier was very welcoming. Ordered our food. Chili cheese fries, lg fries 2 sodas. Soda cups were leaking bad, fries were not crispy at all. Chili cheese fries we not even filled all the way. So that made us mad. i know your trying to get the customers food out but make sure it full and what we are paying for. Taste of chili cheese fries are good. Fries need to be cooked alittle longer.

I don't think we can visit th Wood without visiting Brolly Hut. Wife turned me on to this place in 2013 but she's been visiting for decades. One of our go to spots when we're in town.

So I just moved to the area and I was advised this was a great place to eat. However, I called multiple times to order my food. So that I wouldn’t have to wait. No answer. So once I arrived the clerk was just finishing up a phone order. So I made my order and then called again to see if someone would answer. While they all there standing around again in my FACE NO ANSWER. Do better Brolly Hut
