What I was able to taste of the food was good, but unfortunately something came up while I was eating and I got to eat very little of it. My only feedback is that when salads are placed in the bag that they be laid flat. Mine was on its side and this caused a bit of a mess when opening the container.

There have now been multiple occasions where I get home with my order only to discover that it was made incorrectly. Yellow cheese when I always order provolone. Feta cheese when it was removed. The cashier looks like a deer in headlights & didn’t hear the sandwich guy yell down the line my order for a shake & I had to ask him twice for my shake bc I don’t think he could move any faster or get his thoughts in his head any more organized if there was a fire lit beneath his feet! The toppings guy spoke so quiet that it took multiple people to interpret what he was trying to say, the tiny toppings sticker he pointed to was half scraped off the top of the 5 foot counter that our parents weren’t tall enough to read.
