This location rarely makes my drink correctly. The staff has always been kind and helpful, but they need some better training on making drinks. There's been too many occasions that it seems they just don't add espresso or know what cold brew is.

Girl that was working was very rude. Couldn’t hear through the speaker so I placed my order at the window and after repeated 2 at the window she still got it wrong. 28$ is crazy for a couple things

I was at this location on 4/5/2026 I had amazing costumer service from the worker named Morgan, she was busy by herself and was getting drinks out as fast as humanly possible. Morgan is by far the best barista I have ever come across. This was my best experience at this Beans and Brew

The woman with red hair and piercings taking orders had horrible customer service. My friend that got a drink her cup had a split in it when she got the cup it broke open and spilled on both of us. We tried cleaning it up ourselves and the other men enjoying their food asked for a towel. The same women with red hair ignored them so they asked her again and she ignored them again. She rolled her eyes at us and didn’t say anything when the drink spilled she wasn’t going to remake it either until Morgan, the only worker that was nice and friendly mopped it up and asked the woman to remake her dr
