We ordered the 6$meal deal I asked If I could substitute the bagel for anything else they said no, not to big of a deal we get our food not terribly happy with the coffee it tastes like black coffee even with additives. But the worst was we ordered the sausage croissant which was good but the $6 meal deal bagel was awful tried taking a bite and even biting as hard as I could the bagel wouldn't break.

Doesn't come close to the OG eastern locations at all. The drinks arent prepared as well and the coffee isnt nearly as good. Especially for the price. The food is OK- reheated from frozen. The donuts are Especially stale. Donuts from other locations arent that disappointing a day old. The service is friendly! The English can be hard to understand in the drive thru sometimes but the ladies there are kind. For the price id rather go anywhere else honestly.

I ordered the cook butter cloud foam latte and they didn’t add the cold foam or the sprinkles on top. Like it tasted mid. I include the picture of the drink and sticker that shows what goes on the drink.

NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH HERE!!!!! I did a mobile order because I thought it would be quicker than going through the drive-through because it is a Tuesday morning and every time I drive by it’s pretty busy. Boy was I wrong.
