Taco Bell food was good and made fresh. Almost as important-the young guys working here were polite and handled an irate man who bounced in there gracefully even though it was apparent he had unreasonable expectations since he complained about the minute or two of waiting . I wondered how much sooner he expected to wait when there were two of us who just walked in a second before him. Even if he was looking for reheated food it couldn’t have been any quicker. I was grateful for the smooth speed and the fresh food and business oriented crew.

Went this afternoon after a long day of work and was looking forward to it. I pull up to the drive through and ask for more time to decide what I wanted, and not even a minute passes and they ask for my order. Typically fast food places will say okay let me know when you're ready. So not only was I rushed in my ordering, but they rushed making the food. There was barely any chicken in my CHICKEN quesadilla and the steak burrito was very greasy with little steak. I know it's fast food but please do better.

The food is good but the service definitely needs some work. There was an employee that was in the lobby that looked at me and a couple of customers waiting to order, decided to walk by us went behind the counter and also never greeted anyone or asked anyone If they needed any help with anything, or if they could take someone's order, and they were just talking to a fellow coworker laughing and chilling.

The moment you order a chicken chalupa and they added no sour cream no lettuce and literally no tomato… unbelievable $18 dollars for this, money waisted. West Springfield Taco Bell is the best
