We go to eat at KFC at least three times a month. The front entrance counter is usually unattended. Someone will yell out, we will be right there. A minute or two we stand there and wait for attendant. Muhammad, one of the principals walks out, no greeting, only an ignored look and he walks away. I try to say hello but no reply or even awareness. We come here all the time and yet he just walks away. No business tactics at all. Totally unfriendly. We are now still waiting to order Dear Mr. Muhammad, Take a course in business management. You'll really learn some valuable key knowledge you seem

Waste of money. Don’t go!! Got 8 piece and a meal to go. Potatoes are like water, chicken was supposed to be extra crispy and it was soggy. One piece owas all batter-absolutely not one piece of meat. I asked for comeback sauce and they did not put it in. Floor was filthy. I will never go back. So sad this is the food product this Torrington store is producing and selling

After finishing a job in the area, I spotted this KFC and noticed there was nobody in the drive thru line (odd for a KFC drive thru just before 1 p.m.), so I decided to roll the dice and take a chance and so I ordered a Famous Bowl with No Corn. I then ordered a bottle of water for my drink as I made it the meal... It's a better deal even if I don't eat the chocolate chip cookie. My order was verified and made properly. I had zero issues and was in and out in a flash! Perhaps the next time I'm in the area I will try my other KFC go-to; a Chicken Pot Pie...
