Everything I had was absolutely delicious. I ordered the leap of faith $90 each surprise menu for two. I got hamachi crudo, hot oysters, cheesy bread with fig jam and cream, heirloom tomato salad, wagyu steak, red snapper, soft serve, and lychee guava sorbet. 10/10 the steak was perfect and melted in your mouth.

The “leap of faith” concept, where you let the wait staff know what you’re interested in and they will tailor the experience towards your preferences, is something I haven’t seen before — it was a true testament of how knowledgeable the servers were of the menu and how exceptional the chefs were in their abilities. Every dish we had was memorable in its own way, and truly exceptional. The stand out dish for me were the prawns and the heirloom salad (I know it sounds simple, but it’s soooooo good)! Also don’t sleep on the desserts, they were delicious as well. Thanks Brasero for what turned out
