New Life Church ordered 34 dozen Duck Donuts for Father's Day. Lex was absolutely wonderful each step of the way helping us to pick a good variety of flavors, frying and decorating the donuts himself, and delivering them to each of our three campuses on the morning of the event. Each interaction with him was both warm and professional. He was timely and prepared. We were very pleased with our whole experience with Duck Donuts. So disappointed. Our family loves Duck Donuts, found them at the original location in 2014 and have been hunting them down ever since. When we first discovered this location we were very excited since we live under an hour away and we have tried to stop every time we're in the area. Sadly, every visit, the service and quality decline. This visit was by far the worst. Two completely disinterested young guys were manning the empty store.
