Me and my mom went here and i got a burger and she got tenders,it took way to long to get the food for curbside,it said it would be done at 12:30 but we had to walk inside to get our food.The building didn't look bad. it was pretty clean in there. The burger i got had a hair on it, aswell as a fry.So other than that it was alright.

I bought two meals in the drive thru. I DID forget to check the order in the line. (My bad) Got home, one full meal was missing. Gave my wife her fish and chips meal, and went back for the missing meal with the receipt. Briana said that I needed to "bring the food that was in the bag so she could see what was missing" After trying to explain how dumb that was, she said "That is just our store policy, because we don't know if you are telling the truth or not." I'm moving out of state this month and though I've lived in westland all my life, I've never had Culver's. When I told the young lady helping me, Maddie, about this, she was super helpful walking me through the menu and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Kudos to her!
