I love a weird lil spot, and this was that, in spades. The staff was funky, fun, and had great suggestions. They enjoyed chatting about the different options and were patient while we debated what to order. The special right now (miso!!) was chef’s kiss (perfection).

WOW! What a cool special gem in a cool part of town. I was looking for a place to hunker down, work remote, and be immersed in a cool atmosphere. This place is retro, fun, and the staff are super helpful! The barista (he was an ex wrestler) helped us decide and surprised us with great lattes- matcha strawberry! Will be back again soon.

Enjoyed the retro comfy chairs near the decorative Wurlitzer. Enjoyed the everything bagel and cream cheese and the bottomless coffee was initially a deal. It was a good cup initially but, as it cooled off, a chicory or generic Farmer Bros. flavor came through for the drip coffee. I hope they do a tasting and get a new supplier. It’s a nice place that does good for the neighborhood. Valente’s Deli is there for when you want to bring something Italian home for dinner or get a cannoli.

My iced latte was good, not to sweet and relatively strong in flavor. Cool, Miami-vice type of vibe with comfy and unique seating. The outside and location is a little discouraging, but definitely worth a visit. Would have enjoyed a few more food options, but otherwise, it was a cool visit.
