Hibachi style Japanese restaurant. Good service. My food was warm and not hot. I ordered the vegetable stir fry. It was more onion than anything else. My partner liked the sushi. The cocktails were also good. Also remember their is a 18% service charge for most restaurants in South Florida.

I went to Japan Inn Weston with my family and had such a great experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in!!! The highlight of the night was definitely the hibachi chef, Wisker, was incredible!
