I have came to this Taco Bell three times now and have sat in the drive thru for over 45 min maybe close to an hour wait for food. At first I decided to give the benefit of the doubt maybe it’s just a ruff night moving slow who knows things happen. But every time it’s the same thing. The food is mid, the service sucks and they are honestly rude about the whole situation no apologies about the wait or anything and they will leave you at the speaker saying hello and not answer as if they are trying to get you to leave. This review is geared completely toward Corporate Management. The local staff I could see was hustling and doing their best while enduring HIGH volume, low staff and lack of Corporate Management and organization. Corporate needs to provide more support for staffing and a dedicated dining " cleaning " person. The floor was SUPER sticky like bubble gum. The drink area was equivalent to the Niagara Falls in New York. I was seconds from trying to unclog it myself!! I have been going to this taco bell for many years and have had issues before, but never one this big so that I leave a review. Time to time there will be quality issues with the food, but whatever, its not a fancy restaurant, I can deal with that. However, today my partner and I ordered online. My partner has dietary restrictions and issues digesting most meats, but chicken is always safe. We ordered his food with a modification for chicken instead of beef, and only realized once we were home and he bit into his food that his item still had beef on it. I was there today at 5 p.m. and the whole team working is sooo nice. I barely had to wait for my food, and they still gave me coupons to come back again and try their new breakfast, as well as drink cups! I hope Taco Bell keeps this team there. I enjoyed my visit.
