Truly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in Philly. We had to politely ask our server to clean our table and she left and never returned to clean the table. We ended up having to eat off of a dirty and sticky table. The burger was $28 and was the size of a small burger slider. We ordered the burgers Medium Rare and they were served so well done they were dry and crunchy. They were served cold and had no flavor. The tuna poke nachos were disgusting and inedible. All of the food is essentially premade, frozen, then reheated. The service is absolutely atrocious. Anything you ask for is either forgotten or just ignored. At least one thing (glass, flatware, dish) will be brought to you unwashed and dirty. Nobody at this bar can make any sort of cocktail. This place used to be iconic. What happened? Seriously, go literally anywhere else.

Okay I've been twice at this point and for what they offer I recommend. Service is great ! Bartenders are friendly and very attentive. Happy hour is 5-7pm food and drinks on the menu. I love the Wagyu Hot Dog. And these Funyuns were a first and also very tasty. I had oysters my first time and they were great and the bartender gifted me my own little Tabasco to go lol so to me if you're looking for more a quick bite, chat and chew with some drinks Stateside is good and it's lowkey not too mixy. Outdoor seating cute and a plus. Oh and i forgot the guy bartenders name but his playlist be lit ! L

Stateside is an absolute gem for those seeking a vibrant and welcoming spot to unwind. The ambiance exudes a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, making it perfect for a night out with friends or a casual date. The staff is friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. George’s recommendations were spot-on and his expertise in suggesting the perfect drink based on preferences was noteworthy. He made my husbands first ever Old Fashioned and my husband is intrigued to say the least. And the oysters. Not trying to be dramatic, but those are the best oysters we’ve ever had.
