Tonight my boyfriend and I went to Culver’s around 9:40 PM to get food. Once a worker brought our order to the car, we checked everything to make sure it was correct and noticed that we were missing one cheese sauce, even though we had ordered and paid for four. We immediately tried to go back inside to have the issue corrected since there were still customers inside the restaurant. However, the manager on duty told my boyfriend that they were closed, the kitchen was closed, and there was nothing he could do about it. We had paid for an item that we did not receive, and the manager’s attitude

Culver’s A Pre-Broadway Bite That Hit the Spot! Gerald and I stopped by Culver’s on Roosevelt on our way to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway in Chicago, and wow what a fantastic choice. Their spicy 🌶️ chicken tenders were perfectly hot, meaty, and crunchy absolutely delicious! The crinkle cut fries were crispy and golden. The cheesy, gooey, perfectly fried cheese curds that instantly took us back to our time in Wisconsin with Gerald and his dad. My Granddaughter and I love Culvers! Good food and service. She especially likes getting the pictures to color and having it hung up. Can't forget the ice cream sundae that comes with the kids meal!
