I go to White Marsh once a week for work. I dub this day my “chicken cheesesteak” day. That’s because I have to go to Casa Mia’s and get my usual chicken cheesesteak. This to me is, so far, the best chicken cheesesteak I have had in Maryland. The bread is toasted, plenty of meat and toppings, and the flavor is so good! They make mine correctly every time. It is simply a joy to eat. They also have really good cream of crab soup and pretty good cheesesteak as well. I stopped in and sat at the bar. Ordered a large garden salad with blackened chicken ($16) and a order of fries and gravy ($7) I feel like the salad was pretty good and sorta reasonably priced, but the fries and gravy was a bit excessive in price. The order was small and the gravy was watery and not very hot. Service was attentive and friendly.

Normally enjoy the food here and get carry out most of the time. I also like just getting meatballs and meat sauce from here to make a quick dinner. Not sure if they are cutting back or there’s a new chef but the two meat sauce sides I purchased this time were meager and oily/watery compared to every other time. This could be just a bad night or whatever, I get that so I will try one more time at some point. Just hoping not to count this restaurant out for good. Casa Mia White Marsh does the larger crab cakes and not the crab pancakes. If you like crab cakes you have to get one from here and it will be on your top 10 list for sure. They also have a lot of other items on their menu to choose from. Their is also a beer and liquor store attached if you need anything else to go with your meal!
