I never write reviews. Ever. So the fact that I’m even taking the time to write this should say everything. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It took almost 25 minutes just to get a couple bagels, and somehow after all that waiting, the order was still wrong. The employees looked completely overwhelmed and disorganized over the simplest order imaginable. And the food? Absolutely disgusting. The bagels were stale, cold, and honestly so bad I wouldn’t even give them to my dog. That’s not an exaggeration. This place needs to be held accountable because clear

This place is terrible! What was the point of the mobile order if it’s not going to be ready? The coffee was ready but not my sandwich. The woman that made the coffee was on her phone behind the desk.. she had someone else make the sandwich but had half the bread missing. Do better people!

The overnight worker does not do his job correctly. He doesn't even make the drinks correctly. My drink was not made correctly even though he told me he did put the correct amount in. It's very obvious nothing was in there but the cold foam like if you don't want to work the overnight shift then don't or if you don't want to work in customer service then don't. I gave this place a chance because this is not the first time and once again something is wrong. This is why the 24-hr Dunkin in PortChester Will always receive my service.

No customer should be embarrassed or screamed at over a simple request. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. I even had to record the interaction because of how uncomfortable and aggressive the situation became.
