Chill they got a cool cashier who’s really nice and gets the vibes so service pretty good and she is very friendly wish I could provide a name but she’s you’ll know when she attends you she’s got the cool vibe food was good ate it down in 3 bites and scarfed my fries down as for the atmosphere it’s chill no seats or tables cause it was pretty packed but I just sat by a bench and got a nice view so all good

I usually go to this location mainly for convenience and I'm use to their service being slow but today was a really bad day. The service was even more slow with only my order via mobile order in the queue. For a good 3 to 4 minutes I did not see anyone in visible view in the area and when I saw one person came out, she was on her phone. It took almost 13 minutes to get my food. Once I got my food home, I noticed that my sandwich, the Big Arch, they put way too much sauce on it to the point you could not even hold the sandwich without the patty just sliding right out of the bun. The worker at this location was awesome. There was one employee running the whole store and she was running her feet off. Service was speedy under the circumstances. Good coffee.

Ordered burgers with no buns. Ordered nuggets with sauce and fries with no salt and ketchup. Got buns with no burgers, no sauces at all. Asked for FORKS 2x. All I got were spoons. Very helpful.🥴
