The esthetics are modern and contemporary, low light & dark tones make the place for date night. The music is just a little loud so might need to speak a little louder. Table for two are comfy, I just wish they would've gone with leather or synthetics,better to clean. Queen & Keisha rolls had a great presentation but just okay in flavor, spicy tuna roll was missing rice in areas & others falling apart. The highlight were the spicy garlic edamame & the old-fashion( big cube of ice, orange peel, cherry & slightly sweet, I ask for a simple old-fashion & I got it)both are probably the better ones

This was our first time here at Azabu in Whittier. Let me say, what a romantic atmosphere. Azabu had such a luxurious vibe. A welcoming smile greets you at the entrance and from there on out everyone was extremely accommodating. Our first experience here was perfect. Our waiter was busy with another customer, but he took the time to tell us welcome and he'll be right with us, and 3 min later he was taking our drink order. So professional...
