I was happily impressed. Loved the crab cake Benedict though I would suggest getting rid of the english muffin altogether. Potatoes could be in smaller chunks too. But all in all a great meal and friendly staff. The burger was good too as was the slaw and my garden salad was large and full of stuff.

I ordered the country fried steak, two over easy eggs, rye toast, and home fries. I got a phone call and I had to leave so I got it to go. By the time I ate it, it was cold. A little in the microwave and it was delicious! Everything was so good and cooked perfectly, I will be back!

We went for breakfast, I ordered biscuits and gravy. It was not good at all, water down, no flavor although my friend said his breakfast was okay, he had eggs and ham. The service was OK but not very friendly. This was our first visit there, would never go back, was very disappointed. 😔

First time visit to The Gateway Diner… great breakfast and lunch spot… friendly and welcoming staff… they are known for their burgers and didn’t disappoint… had the Wickliffe Blue Devil Burger… fresh hand packed patty that’s spiced up… delicious! Also enjoyed their fresh cut loaded fries and jalapeño slaw… highly recommend and will be back!
