Today was my very first time trying Wayback Burger, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered in-store and built my own burger which included BBQ sauce and tomato. I also ordered seasoned fries and selected BBQ sauce as the dipping sauce. While waiting for my order, I noticed right before my bag was handed to me that no sauce had been included. I asked about it and the employee told me, “Oh, we don’t have BBQ.” I explained that I had ordered it and he simply said they were out. I don't like leaving bad reviews . My hopes are that management will see this and make adjustments . By the looks on the few faces that were in the dinning room we were not the only ones having this experience. As one couple left as we were waiting on our food they told us good luck . Worst experience ever coming here for years. The pickles were overcooked and the food took over 40 minutes to get although wasn't busy and watched other families get their meals way before me.

First off I love the prices. I think it’s very reasonable. I love adding all the toppings to my burgers and the price stayed the same. My burger was delicious. The fries needed salt. I had 2 of the same brownie milkshake and one didn’t really have any brownies so that was a let down. The chili would be better if they had a no bean option. All in all worth it. 💯
