These are hands down the best Burger King burgers we’ve had. They’re always juicy, perfectly cooked, and have that classic flame-grilled flavor that’s hard to find done right. The toppings are fresh, the buns are soft, and everything just tastes better than other locations. We’ll go out of our way to come to this here, and honestly, we choose these burgers over some sit-down restaurants. This location gets it right every single time.

This location has really gone down hill lately. I went inside to order last week and the air wasnt working, it was hotter inside than outside. Today I downloaded the app and ordered thinking it'd help speed up the process, it doesn't. We waited 30mins in the drive thru. We actually saw the lady behind us drive thru the grass and go to Bbops instead. My OJ chicken sandwich has like two pieces of lettuce on it, was burned to shit and my daughters' ice cream was pre melted when it was handed to me.

Never been to a worse Burger King. Stopped in for lunch today only to wait 25 minutes to find out they gave my order to someone else then had to wait another 10 for them to remake it. Meanwhile they are messing up other orders and messing around laughing about the situation. Contemplating emailing the chain itself and having them contact the store owver directly because even management had no clue what they were doing. Definitely not going back and don't recommend at all.

Honestly people were okay but service was bad. You can tell they don’t give a damn at this location. I ordered my food and it came out so bad make me never wanting to get BK there. I could say a lot more but it’s not like I would get my money back without my receipt so I’m just writing this review. I learned to just go over to B-bop across from there for a burger. Won’t be coming back. I advise all people who live near the Windsor Heights location go elsewhere for burgers. They are bland.
